September Library News

September Library News ๐Ÿ‚

While Spring is often most associated with new beginnings, Autumn in Ontario is also a time of new starts. School welcomes back teachers and students, and in the library many of our weekly programs return. Before we bid adieu to the Summer season, we would like to send a huge thank you to our Summer Program Coordinator Skylar. Skylar did a fantastic job organizing and running the TD Summer Reading Club programs this year. Everyone at the library wishes her all the best as she returns to school to complete her Bachelor of Education.

Our 'To The Library' podcast released a new episode in August!

The episode shared the story of a book collection at the Marmora & Lake Public Library that was created with a special library patron. Also, there is an original poem by Marmora & Lake writer Mary-Elizabeth. You can listen to the podcast on your favourite podcast player or on our blog here.

We hope to see you in the library this September!
