It's Summertime 🌞

Many of our weekly programs have paused for the summer months. Don't worry, we still have a lot of exciting programs scheduled in July! On July 5 we will be having a kick-off party for the Summer Reading Club. Throughout the summer, the library will be having fun programs for kids to join.

Don't forget to think of a brilliant short film idea for the Small Town Shorts Film Festival. The library will be hosting a few programs this month to help those interested in making a short and need some assistance. Scroll on down to see the full schedule.

July Library Programs

Scripts & Storyboards

July 4 at 5:30 p.m. Come learn the basics of scripting and storyboarding for making your own short film.

Summer Reading Club Launch

July 5 at 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. Drop by the library to help us kick off the Summer Reading Club. There will be cake, treats, stickers, and more!

Beginner Film Editing

July 12 at 3:30 p.m. & July 24 at 5:30 p.m. Learn some simple film editing to help you make your own short film!

Author Talk with Susan Kehoe

July 18 at 5:30 p.m. Join us in welcoming author Susan Kehoe who will be sharing a reading from her new historical novel β€˜Viking Storm.’

May Library News Things have been hopping along at the library this spring. New books have been blooming on our shelves, and our programs have been bustling with activity.
